Staff were lovely and very talkative. Made the experience 10 times better. They communicated very well the procedure and made sure I understood it, they made me feel comfortable and not nervous. The procedure was over within 5-10 mins. They gave me a kitkat, a cup of coffee and, to my amusement, a gold chocolate coin saying how brave I was. Best experience I’ve had at any practise

All very friendly, everything explained clearly by the Doctor and put at ease for the minor surgery. I was referred by my GP and found this process far easier and quicker than attending the hosptial

Had a minor surgery done on my eye. The doctor explained what the procedure was and said each stage of the treatment. Put myself at ease as I was abut frightened. The procedure went well. The receptionists were also very kind as well

All the staff were very helpful pleasant and polite. I would recommend this surgery. The doctor and nurse who treated me explain what was happening and the procedure.

From doctors to the nurses and the receptionist they are professional and lovely mannered people. Thanks that’s all I have to say.

My visit was for minor surgery the receptionist was welcoming and efficient the staff performing the surgery put you at ease answered any questions and concerns also listen to and understood any problems that I have with mobility issues the surgery was performed without any issues and the staff explained everything that was being done an added bonus was no delays everything ran to time so no waiting after the appointment time
