My order of medication had been refused without notification to me. The receptionist sorted it for me, ordered the required medication and I picked it up today (next day). She also called me within an hour of me explaining the situation to her to update me on the situation. Very good, helpful service. However this would not have been necessary if someone had called me to question my order and not just declined the request leaving me with the possibility of not being able to put the required drops in my eyes, plus avoided me making an unnecessary journey to the pharmacy and one to the surgery.

Receptionist are so helpful and caring. Today she sent a link and explained how to use it. The GPs have been helpful very good and have helped me with poor health, sign posting to external help too. Thank you

I attended this evening for a free NHS health check. The health care practitioner was warm, welcoming, thorough and professional. She gave me time and listened attentively. She was calm and efficient when taking blood; I didn’t even feel a scratch. I left confident that I had been treated as an individual who had received the best of care.

I had a terrifically helpful review session to discuss some blood-work results and why they make it sensible for me to start statins. The doctor was very good and explaining what was (and what was not) indicated clearly by the data. Thank you!

The doctor was very compationate and listened to me about my problems. I felt that I was very important and very happy with the outcome. The receptionist was also very helpful with making my next appointment. I highly recommend this practice.

Just want to say how impressed I was with the surgery this morning. Rang at 8.30 this morning and was offered a face to face appt at 11.20. Arrived at 11.10 and seen straight away. Couldn’t wish for better service.

Doctor's are good it just takes time to get an appointment to see one plus you can't book an appointment too far in front

Listen to this called at 08:30 long queue press 1 we will call you. Call back at 08:55 and appointment at 09:50, how great is that in today's NHS issues. I was met by young doctor and you know how we go desperate with our issues and not always receive what we expected as doctors rush to get you out of the office well not in this practise. Any of the doctors I saw before they make sure they listen and explain. In my last practice I never saw my doctor for over two years always busy for me. But in College Green is different. Keep it up College Green team and thank you.

I have previously commended the practice and wonderful staff and am so pleased to do this once again. I have called the centre twice this week and both times found the reception staff extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. On one of the occasions I spoke with one of your staff who recorded all the details efficiently, demonstrated empathy and understanding and promised to call me back which she did exactly when she said she would. The information she gave me was extremely helpful. Your staff are a credit to you. When Granton Surgery was closed and moved to College Green I was sceptical but have been proved so wrong. The staff must have excellent training as they are so knowledgeable. Thank you all once again. I am the envy of all my friends and family in always receiving such great service. I can't thank you all enough.

After being discharged from hospital all my meds were changed to liquid form until able to swallow normal meds again the GP I spoke to was caring understanding and sorted all that wasn't quite clear in my discharge letter..more than happy with the service provided by this practice the reception staff are always professional and beyond helpful with any queries I have I can't fault this practice at all ..keep up the good work
