From the phone call I made to the receptionist, to the treatment I received from the doctor, I was treated with the upmost respect and care, and was seen within two hours of my phone call. Exceptional service. Thank you

Annual review, saw two nurses one taking blood samples the other doing the diabetic tests, both were very friendly and extremely efficient. When I asked a question about my medication I was told I would have to ask a doctor, that was fair enough. When I went to reception to book an appointment I was told the first available was August the 7th, that was two weeks away, I could have a telephone appointment on Saturday 29th which I have accepted. Time from first appointment to second (ridiculous).

Hi Robert Thank you for your feedback regarding your appointment with two of the nurses and your praise for them, I will ensure they are aware of your kind comments. With regards to your appointment with the GP, it’s great that you were able to take advantage of our weekend opening hours and you were able to speak to a GP about your medication. The two-week time frame for non-urgent appointments is very much the norm for many GP surgeries. Thorough in their approach. Felt cared for. Not rushed through a process in any way. The doctor listened to me, and what was recommended for medication, I felt afterwards was good way to move forward.

I needed (but not urgently ) to see a doctor and was not concerned to see a particular doctor. I filled in the online appointment request, very easy and was offered choice of phone or in person over the following few days I chose face to face at a time convenient to me. Short wait in the waiting area and met a doctor for the first time and was immediately relaxed and reassured of her professional, caring and thorough attitude. I am.guessing that she went over my allotted time but she didn't rush me and answered all my questions. I left the surgery feeling completely reassured. This is the second time this year that I have had reason to let College Green Surgery know how much I appreciate their care. Reception staff also very kind and helpful. Thank you
