I have already put (at least) one review on College Green and this will add to that. I find their level of service extremely good and very professional. Face to face, conversations are respectful, with good listening skills and well explained responses. Various types of communication are used (email, text, telephone) to ensure that information gets through quickly and efficiently. Front desk staff are also always friendly and helpful. I moved to College Green about a year ago and have never regretted it. I recommend them to anybody.

I completed a V consult regarding an ongoing issue that I've never been to the doctor for. The response was immediate and I was booked in with the GP that afternoon. I felt listened to by the GP and was booked for follow-up tests all within a week of the appointment. All medical professionals I've interacted with have been excellent, and taken time to speak at the appointments. Can't fault this service at College Green.

Both myself and my husband changed to this surgery just a month ago after feeling like we were constantly let down by our previous surgery that we had been with for 34 years. From the minute you go into the surgery it is pleasant and welcoming which really helps with my anxiety. All the receptionists are so helpful and the 2 doctors and 2 nurses that I've seen in the last mo the have been absolutely great. I only wish we had of joined this surgery sooner. 10 out of 10

Lots of parking on entry in to the building it was clean and the reception was spacious and open I found the staff to be warm and welcoming I did have to wait 30 min after my appointment to be seen and would have been nice to have something to watch even with subtitles to pass the time

The Housekeeping and maintenance team do a wonderful job of keeping everything ‘spick and span’ we all appreciate them! It’s great to hear you found us to be so warm and welcoming even though your appointment was delayed. I had my smear test, never huge fun, but made much more bearable by the lovely nurse. She put me at my ease with a little bit of chatter, great bedside manner.

People underestimate how nervous some patients are about attending a medical appointment. I had a smear test on Friday and I thought the nurse was exceptional. She showed such a good bedside manner and made me feel completely at ease. I would like to give personal feedback to her and the practice is lucky to have her.

Seen promptly, friendly nurse, given opportunity to chat things through. The reception staff are usually welcoming and helpful. There have been problems in the past with getting prescriptions processed & sent through to pharmacy promptly

Dear patient Thank you for your feedback and 5 star rating! It’s great to hear your positive feedback about your appointment with the nurse, we have a wonderful team of nurses at CG. They’re always so busy with clinics, dressing wounds, health checks, baby clinics and home visits to name a few but they aways have a welcoming smile and a friendly chat, not only for our patients but for all the staff at CG. :) Our reception team are equally as busy booking patients in for all the different appointments and taking phone calls, again, all done with a welcoming smile and a friendly chat. :) I agree there were some teething problems to start with but we now have a fantastic team of Pharmacists and Prescription Clerks, working extremely hard to ensure all medication reviews are up to date and prescriptions are requested in time for each patient. Overall, we have a great team and we are in the centre of a great community. Thank you again. Kind regards Joan Beddows
