I was in a car accident two years ago. The legal cover of the insurance have left me still in pain Feeling frustrated, I asked at the Dr's what I could do the wonderful person on the phone booked me an appointment with thier physio. After my appointment they have refered me for physio. I am so overwhelmed with how they have treated me and listened to me. I can't thank this surgery enough for how they have helped me. Wonderful team

As always, this surgery was very helpful in arranging an appointment. This was with a physiotherapist, who was very efficient and diagnosed my problem which is being treated with an exercise programme.

For a new super surgery it's difficult to see how this is better than my old GP's. You never get to see the same doctor more than once and often have to go over the same issues time and time again. I would go back to my old surgery in a heartbeat.

3rdOct 23 and i’ve been to College Green to have minor surgery on my arm. The Dr and nurse were superb, friendly, professional, made me feel at ease and talked me all the way through the process. How lucky are we as patients of this practice to be able to access this service without attending a hospital. The practice is so fantastic we could not recommend them more. I have regular meds that can be ordered either via an email, phone call or through the web site - then its sent direct to my local pharmacy. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff for all they do.

Disappointing to say the least - having fallen and hurt my back and shoulder the physio told me that my shoulder could not be examined because it was not part of my back! She said hospital X-rays we’re unavailable but in fact they were on the system and showed a partially dislocated shoulder and fractured verterbra. I walk with a stick, wear a splint on my right leg and have a paralysed right arm after a stroke and was not reassured to be asked (curtly) “what side was your stroke on?”! I shall not be returning to see that physio having completely lost confidence after this dreadful experience. This experience was so different from all the others I have experienced in this practice which have been excellent.

Hi Susan, I’m sorry to read about your disappointment during your recent visit to CG. The only defence I can offer is that the Physio can only work with 1 issue (limb) per session due to time limits. She would be more than happy for you to make a further appointment or book a double appointment for 2 issues. Physio assessments are very detailed and she just wouldn’t be able to carry out the full assessment of a back and shoulder in 1 session. I was in a lot of pain with a neck problem.I saw a doctor the same day,I was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with a back up appointment to have a consultation with a physiotherapist a few days later
