My experience on this day by the nurse was very caring, also she made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to and never judged me. She showed a lot of empathy . She also arranged for me to see the doctor after seeing her. The doctor I saw was also amazing and really listened to me she also never made me feel like I was wasting her time and was so help full and guided me on the right track I felt a sense of relief when I left the surgery that 2 amazing people listened and were of great help thankyou.

Seen me early and I was diagnosed within 2 minutes. Prescribed and out the door. Top top class. So much better for getting emergency appointments these days as well. Used to be a nightmare but they look after the emergency patients better now. Great service to everyone

Seen a doctor and he took his time to explain the cause of my problem was maybe with some of the medication I'm on. He stated some could be stopped, decreased and a new product could help. Still to see if this is working, but very pleased how the doctor spent his time with me.

Courteous, helpful reception staff. Surgery is clean and comfortable. Doctors listen to your concerns, discuss the plan and make sure that you understand that you can ask questions for clarification.

Always been able to get an appointment and see a doctor. The practice is very accomodating. The doctors, the nursesand reeptionists are all very understanding snd kind.

Never had a problem with appointments or seeking advice. Minor issues with my diabetes care no continuity so if you are not engaged you could miss out. Parking is challenging

It’s great to hear that you’re happy with the appointment system and advice offered to you 😊 I would urge you to contact the surgery and book an appointment with the Diabetic nurse to further discuss any issues you have. It’s very important to us that you are receiving the highest standard of care and that any concerns you have are being addressed. If you do not wish to make a face-to-face appointment, a telephone call can easily be arranged at your convenience. Parking on such a busy dual carriageway will always be a challenge, however, at CG we are more fortunate than most as we have ample spaces at the rear of the surgery and even during busy times there will always be people leaving and freeing up a parking space. Personally each time I want to see my GP I always get a appointment the same day or the same week. My GP always listen and tell me what next after checking my concerns

I’m nervous person but the staff make me feel calm and relaxed the person I spoke to was very professional and respectful and gave me time to explain what was wrong with me
