The staff at the centre are very professional, kind & empathetic. Though there are a lot of pressures on the NHS, the College Green practise are always patient, professional and kind. They personalise your issue and don't make you feel ' just a number'. Would strongly recommend the practise.

I have to visit my surgery several times a year and generally always have a positive experience. Wait times are usually short and each staff member are helpful and polite. The GP’s and nurses give me time to explain and listen and are usually up to speed with my circumstances ahead of the appointment.

Continuation of UTI. I took a sample down because of continuation of UTI symptoms and verified dipstick results. The doctor was very helpful and I needed a few more antibiotics. The only thing that is incorrect is that the doctor put that I have a sensitivity to Nitrofurantion. I don't have any great sensitivity to this antibiotic but as with all antibiotics you can develop diarrhea. When I have a UTI I can sweat profusely through my face and head and get periods of hot flushes. I tend to sweat through my face and head anyway at times but also have stage 2 lipedema which is an inflammation of the fat cells. So this is not due to the antibiotics. Otherwise the doctor was very professional and thorough.

The College Green Medical Practice is very efficient at looking at health reviews either from themselves or other parts of the NHS and activating response to improve peoples' health. They are also very punctual.

I attended the surgery for a GP check of a lump, and the following day I returned for some blood tests and routine cervical screening. Each of the people I interacted with (receptionist on telephone, receptionists in person, locum GP, HCA, nurse) was friendly, professional, efficient, listened to my concerns and questions. I would 100% recommend College Green.

It’s easy to consult the doctor here. The online triage works well and same day appointment available when appropriate. Staff always professional and kind. I’m lucky to be registered here.

College green practice was spotlessly clean reception was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was informative and a good listener I was very happy with my face to face ,great practice.

Arrive 10 mins early for an apointment and was seen 30minutes late. However the Dr was attentive, friendly and listened, constantly asking for feedback. This made me feel listened to. I needed to book a further appointment to see a physio (a service that they have onsite). The receptionist was very helpful
