Very happy with the service, have had a surgery recently and had slight issues in wounds healing Doctors have been very friendly and very helpful in this matter and I got the best advise and treatment, including my wounds checked in different intervals and plasters were replaced on 1 occasion. Many thanks.

I was given a telephone GP consideration on the day which resulted in a face to face contact within 90mins. GP was friendly, professional and informative. I would throughly recommend this practice. However don't be led..... work in partnership

His patience is remarkable, as he never jumps to conclusions about a patient's condition without a thorough and meticulous examination. He is deeply committed to maintaining the dignity and respect of his patients, strictly adhering to all dignity protocols. He is also diligent about seeking consent before sharing any personal information with other agencies, underscoring the importance of patient privacy and trust. When interacting with children, heexcels in creating a comfortable and respectful environment. He never demeans or talks down to them; instead, he encourages them to express themselves openly, fostering a sense of confidence and security. His ability to connect with young patients in such a positive and supportive manner is a testament to his outstanding skills and dedication as a healthcare professional.

Every time I have had to visit the surgery I've been put at ease by the friendly manner and attitude of everyone there, gp's, nurses and those on the front desk. My partner left her old practice because they were very poor and came to college road and she has been extremely happy.

I've been having a health ill for over a month. Seen 4 fill in staff about this issue that isn't going away. Initial told it would go after a week, then another week etc now told to wait another 2 weeks so that is going on nearly 2 months... What is going on here? Can we actually find out the cause of the problem instead of repeating the same dialogue that clearly isn't working. The more time stalling the problem is going to get worse I might even take action for negligence because it's getting ridiculous coming into the surgery to get no solution to the problem.

I’ve used this surgery for many years and have noticed a massive improvement recently. I was poorly and woke up needing help, which my careline weren’t able to offer. Family came to me and got straight through to the surgery. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. I received a phone call from the Dr soon afterwards. He was so lovely and reassuring. He arranged for a prescription for me and my family were able to collect it. Thank you so much to all of you.

Needed to go back again to see a doctor because my problem had not resolved fully and I needed more help. I got through to the surgery within 4 minutes and a lovely receptionist gave me an appointment for a female doctor. Doctor rang me promptly, decided that she wanted to see me and gave me a time to go. Lovely doctor, very kind and reassuring. She examined me and talked to me about treatment options. She also prescribed medication that will hopefully reduce the risk of further problems. I am so grateful to all of the lovely doctors and staff at the surgery, they are all really wonderful. I do worry about things and all of the doctors I have seen have always been very patient, listened to me and done their best to reassure me.
