Got an appointment straight away on the day I feel it has improved I had the call back service which is good saves me from waiting on the line

My experience with this surgery was very good, the receptionist was attentive, caring and listened to my needs and ensured all my needs were met

The nurse did her job really well and the phone consultation by the health practitioner was very helpful and I was able to get my review done including good advice. It would have been better to see the doctor face to face and be able to make an appointment in advance without all the obstacles.

The guy at reception helped me resolve issue for my medication. He went out of the way to get this sorted. He was very professional and got resolved for me in no time. Truly excellent patient care all around.

Feel looked after and listened too. I have a lot going on at the moment with different problems which I have been referred by my GP onto the relevant departments so I can be checked out so so I am thankful for that..
