I recently had to visit the GP and every single staff member I came into contact with were nothing short of amazing. The receptionist was so kind and helpful and got me an appointment straight away. The GP herself was extremely thorough, kind, compassionate and efficiently dealt with my problem.

The lady I spoken to this morning she was wonderful and help me out with everything I needs very polite

The receptionist was a pleasure to deal with for a change, very helpful and informative. As in the past I found it a struggle, due to the amount of different people coming and going within that role

Receptionist seemed very nice but to get an appointment it is a mission. Doctors can be rude wanting to get rid rather than help. They are not with prescriptions. You have to double check as they once prescribed an antibiotic to my mum which she was allergic to without checking her medical record.

My stole test is not good as the receptionist told me and gave me telephone appointment on 8 August the doctor called me three times and was disconnected then I ring them back and complain but the want to give me appointment on 19th what if my test is not good and I will wait two weeks again very bad surgery I am trying to go somewhere else as soon as possible and if anything happen to me I will go to medical negligence

Had a 20 min appointment to discuss health and lifestyle. Also change in one medicine to a larger dose and for this to be monitored

Easy to book an appointment and I didnt need an appointment immediately, so I got one in 2 weeks time, im happy to wait. Would like to say thank you to the lovely lady i spoke to on the phone.

I have found the GPS good when consulting face to face. They listen to your concerns with full dedication but could do better if they were not time restricted to attend or given more time to discuss better.
