My stole test is not good as the receptionist told me and gave me telephone appointment on 8 August the doctor called me three times and was disconnected then I ring them back and complain but the want to give me appointment on 19th what if my test is not good and I will wait two weeks again very bad surgery I am trying to go somewhere else as soon as possible and if anything happen to me I will go to medical negligence

Easy to book an appointment and I didnt need an appointment immediately, so I got one in 2 weeks time, im happy to wait. Would like to say thank you to the lovely lady i spoke to on the phone.

I have found the GPS good when consulting face to face. They listen to your concerns with full dedication but could do better if they were not time restricted to attend or given more time to discuss better.

Went to day but made a mess of my appointment. But the nurse at the reception sorted it out. So got see the nurse and did a fantastic job. Top marks

Doctor and nurses were very kind, focus and give us proper guidance in steps to take with referals, medicine, diet and all related with health issues in order to get better health and to make life easier every day... We Are So Grateful...

The phlebotomist went out of her way to sort my issue out after i had after a minor mixup. I wasn’t expecting anything but I was very impressed with how she handled it I appreciated it. Thank you for taking your time out.

The nurse was efficient and approachable and sympathetic to patient needs. I feel responsible for managing my own health but she was very encouraging and supportive. Thanks to the practice for offering this level of service under difficult circumstances.

I have seen the nurse about my diabetes and se3n doctor regarding my ECG and they have both been excellent and very understanding. I have no hesitation in seeing them again

I had to go to surgery practice and book my appointment, since they never answer to phone in time to book an appoitment . I had an infection on my tonsillites, weakness and fever. The doctor was professional and nice, she checked me and provide my treatement to pick up from pharmacy in less then 10 min.
