    I saw a lovely doctor called dr lateefah who was very patient with me and explained everything. The receptionist who i spoke to when i first came to my appointment was very smiley and polite, she even let me know that the doctor was running a few minutes behind. thank you

    The new nurse is a lovely, friendly lady who can keep you calm and reassured. Explains exactly what she is doing and when results should be back. I had no problem with this appointment

    Had my appointment cancelled twice, second time I wasn't notified. Struggled getting to surgery and receptionist couldn't help. Did speak to a lovely woman later in the day who managed to book me in for a third time. Wish me luck

    The reception at this surgery tried their best to make you Run away Either over the phone or walk in. Completely unhelpful ,terrible, rude and lie aswell. I needed to book appointment for empty stomach blood samples and she tried to book me in for 1.45pm without even asking me. When I requested I need an early morning appointment for fasting test samples she replied there is no more available until next 7 days. I replied I can wait for 7 days but can't have the 1.45 one ,she booked me in with 3 days later appointment. The GP at this surgery is helpful, polite,understand the problem of patients but the receptionist are Rude and terrible

    On attending in person I found myself waiting behind numerous people complaining the surgery. The receptionist was repeating that these were not her decisions and no appointments were available.

    The only response I can get is, after a long wait, the telephone receptionist telling me I do need an appointment or a prescription.

    My adult son is not well but cannot quite put his finger on what’s wrong. He put in an online consultation form twice a few weeks ago and it said that the surgery will get back to us within 3 working days. They haven’t. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment when you ring because they’re all gone by the time you get through. And when asking for an appointment for the next couple of weeks they tell you the timetable is not up and it can’t be given. He works so cannot ring and get a random time for an appointment. My husband went in for an appointment and was told to take a seat. 40 minutes later he went back to the receptionist to ask what the delay was and she didn’t even know he was there and hadn’t booked him in. Even though he told her his name and was told to take a seat. It’s getting ridiculous. I went to see a doctor and told her I have a couple of problems and was told very abruptly that it was ‘one problem one appointment’. I needed to ask why my medication had been reduced but couldn’t as it was an “additional” problem and it was ‘one problem one appointment’
