The doctor who we see was fabulous and understood my son is on the spectrum and struggles to articulate what is happening. The healthcare professional is a credit to the surgery.

Always the same YOU make the appointments and never keep to them when you do get to see the doctor after being anything up to 30 minutes late your only given 6 minutes to sort out what is wrong and god forbid asking about something else

45 minutes to wait to be seen doctor was equipt to see patients perscription wasn’t sent when should have been waited over 24hrs

We have recently had a clinical meeting where we have reminded the clinicians of the importance of completing all patients actions, tests, prescriptions when patients are present in the surgery. It took almost a week before someone could get back to me when I did Econsult service . Then I called so I could have my medication review few days ago I was on hold for over an hour I had to end the call when I got tired .
