Done an econsult and got appointment for next day. Otherwise you get told to call at 8am which if your at work uou cant do.

Receptionist very polite and helpful. Doctor polite and had time for you and also explained more of what was wrong and what medication would help. Hopefully for the future it carries on. ?

When tying to get an appointment you have too ring first thing in the morning this is not work friendly unable to get an appointment of your choice thus isnt ideal for working people when they give you a appointment its between 10.30 to 3.30 how can you make this appointment while working never had any appointment before 10.00

Had a couple of issues I needed to see a doctor about, after phoning the surgery at 8am I was 20 in the queue but still managed to get an appointment for 11.25 the same day for a face to face consultation got everything sorted and peace of mind. Perfect

The doctor sent me appointment for therapy doctor on 14th November. I take off from work to attend. When i attend center was closed for training staff. I spoke with secretary she said not doctor today. I lost rate one day to see the doctor. I need explain and refund

I attended the surgery this morning and I left feeling heared and well attended to by the doctor and surgery staff. I was informed as to the cause of my discomfort and provided with clarity on my prescriptions. I found the session and visit quite reassuring and caring.
