    Receptionist and Gp are very helpful and supportive. Doctors are professional and caring. They are prompt and helpful. They are friendly but do not overstep their professional boundaries.

    After struggling to get through on the phone to get an appointment, the receptionist referred me to the E-Consult form on the surgeries website. It was so simple and I had a call back from the GP the next day and have been helped with my issue so much quicker than waiting to get through on the phone. Highly recommend using the E Consult form to spare the surgeries phone lines and avoid sitting in a queue for 30+ minutes!

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback regarding your recent experience of the service your received from the Surgery. Firstly I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties getting through to the surgery, I apologise for this. Since then we have had a complete new telephone system installed to ensure better access for patients, with many different options making your experience smoother when calling us. I am delighted to hear that the receptionist referred you to the e-Consult service which you had a quicker outcome with. This is one of the benefits of e-consult, another being that you can use the service at your convivence.     First appointment with the GP was nice warm and friendly and explained what needed to be done. She was very pleasant and very helpful

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. We have been trying to promote econsults to patients. When we receive the enconsults we try to respond within 48 hours by a clinician. They have started to increase and takes the pressure of patients trying to call when the phone lines are very busy.
