I was see by a trainee doctor who came to the Uk about a year ago. He was questioning which was good. He was understanding. I pointed out that the current thinking is that if I’ve had arthritis for forty years, I won’t be needing knee replacement. Go figure! So this young man had a radical idea!!! Let’s X-ray and find out. X-ray arranged.

Got my appointment at 15.15 Had to wait 40 min for doctor. Then I find out they can’t help me because it’s Friday and my appointment it’s too late. Doctor sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy. And the worst is that every time I go I see different doctor.

As you know we are a training practice and there may have been a mis-handling of the situation by a GP who is not aware of our processes or protocols. I recently visited the blood test clinic with my 8-year-old child, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite having a sign indicating a separate area for kids' blood tests, there was no one available to assist children specifically. This meant that my son had to join the same queue as adults, leading to a long and confusing wait. Upon arrival, there was no clear system for walk-ins, and we were given no information about when we would be seen. The lack of organization and communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The nurse we encountered was particularly unhelpful and inconsiderate. She did not acknowledge my son or attempt to make him feel comfortable. Her abrupt and silent approach only added to his anxiety. After the blood test, my son felt faint and even vomited outside the practice, a clear indication of the poor care and attention he received. Overall, the service was severely lacking in both professionalism and empathy. I would not recommend this clinic, especially for parents seeking a supportive environment for their children.

Dear Patient, Thank you for spending time to write a review, but I am unclear as to which service you are complaining about. The practice does not do children's blood services therefore this must have been at a hospital. If this is the case, then we can't respond to this complaint as it is not a service we have any control over. I am sorry that the service you encountered was not appropriate for your child and that the nurse you encountered behaved unprofessionally. It does sound like a complaint is appropriate, but please can you remove it from here and send it to the appropriate hospital. Thank you Regards Bex Cottey Business Manager

Did not send request for blood tests to hospital which resulted in myself having to call gp to be placed on hold, had to get wife to go there in person as I was stuck at hospital as I had taken a holiday at work to attend hospital. Failed to call me back to provide results when receptionist said there was some abnormal results, this has left me worrying all weekend and still at 16:13 on Monday I have had no call back even though I have called and submitted a request for a call back at 8am

Made appointment .got in straight away .did very good the waiting time was I but long there was half hour waight but all in it was ok

On booking the appointment I should have been allocated a 20 minute slot. However it was not allocated by the person who phoned me with the appointment slot. This means I've had to make another appointment. The doctor and receptionist were very helpful.
