I’ve always managed to see a doctor same day when required. Following the triage policy has always resulted in a call back and appointment. Saw Dr P a l m e r and very informative and my appointment this visit diddnt seem rushed.

Managed to get an appointment for same day. Had a thorough examination and Dr explained why he was taking that particular course of action. Dr also gave me reassurance and put my mind at ease which was great.

Doctor was brilliant, very kind and considerate. She listened and referred us to the hospital My son was very comfortable with her which was testimate to the great doctor. Thank you for taking the time with us

I felt that both the practice nurse and GP (both seen on the same day) did a really good job. They both showed understanding and I felt listened to. The GP in particular gave a lot of useful information and I like the fact that they will be back in contact with me to ascertain how I am getting on with things. Thank you to the staff. I really appreciate their support.

I had a polite, friendly Doctor who asked enough questions that they make you feel like they care but not too many where you think they're being intrusive. If I was to think of anything negative at all it would be to include something for children to do in the waiting room to keep them entertained enough whilst waiting

Dr palmer was very friendly explained everything that he would be doing eg speaking to someone at the hospital he also said he would phone me on Friday to let me know what’s happening it was very nice experience

Great Practice,staff are very helpful and professional in their jobs, I can't fault them, when I went I had a great check up or MOT and it was very positive....
