When on holiday in Torbay we entered this very busy Surgery just after 2pm on 17-06-2024 hoping my wife could register as a temporary patient as she needed some medical assistance. The receptionist was super caring and efficient, backed up by the team ‘behind the door’. We duly registered and told we would likely be contacted that day. Shortly after we were contacted and given information as what we should do next. By 6pm another message was sent to say a prescription was waiting for my wife at the Pharmacy next door to the Surgery. Efficiency at its best and thank you to all including the prescriber.

Just had an appointment with such a lovely doctor, actually felt I was listened too, very thorough and very easy to talk too. Definitely want her as my doctor from now on

We had an issue with my husbands prescription and the pharmacy sent us to the surgery for advise. The receptionist listened to our issue and thought of different ways to support us. She found a positive solution and went out of her way to help. She turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome.

I have just registered and the service has been first class. Fast and easy to register, and I'm thrilled by the personal and added human touches, such as the warm friendly welcoming email I received, addressing me by my first name and giving me a named Dr. It has been such a refreshing real change from feeling like an insignificant mere number. It's brightened my day! Many, many sincere thanks.

had to call 111 on thursday 7th of December with amongst other things head pains . I was told a GP would call which they did within hours of the call and a after a discussion where he did not appear to be overly concerned said he would call on Tuesday the 12th . No call at the time of writing this email

I had an ashma review many years ago and was put off by the whole experience, so was hesitant to go. However, I was pleasantly surprised on this visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again. She was professional, caring, cheerful, giving me all the information i needed and couldn't have been more helpful.

Had my Asthma review today at the Practice. What an incredible appointment. The nurse was so polite, engaging, thorough and professional. She gave me all the time in the world to check my Asthma. We reviewed my medication and adjusted it to suit our discussions. We actually discussed another issues I currently have and she escalated it up to the Doctor. Within two hours I had a text message to say my Prescription (two items) was ready for collection at the Pharmacy. I then received another message to say that I will be receiving a phone consultation on Monday next week from the Doctor. With the current situation within the NHS, what I experienced today was was faultless. Well done Corner Place Surgery, Paignton, Devon, keep up the excellent work and support. Thank you…
