    I consulted with GP at Corner Place Surgery and want to say thank you to him for his care and expertise. I truly appreciate how he listened to my concerns, as we discussed the symptoms. A clear pathway was discussed to investigate and work towards diagnosis. On leaving I felt reassured that we could work in partnership in the direction of any proposed treatment.

    I went to collect my meds from the pharmacy, (only 2) but the Ezetemibe had to be ordered as out of stock. I was very low, only 2 tabs left, as they were new to me. I was unable to get through to the pharmacy, so called my surgery. Spoke to very polite and helpful male staff who dealt with my query in a very professional manner and by the end of the day, my med was ready to collect. Excellent service.

    I attended the surgery with my son and was seen by a registra doctor. He listened and noted all my current health issues in a kindly and professional manner. He promised to follow these up and make any necessary referrals. Subsequently he called me to check on progress which was comforting to me and greatly appreciated. My hip surgery has been postponed several times and osteoporosis has caused me great pain in my back and affected my walking and how I care for myself at home. Other agencies are now helping me through my interview with the doctor. One thing I particularly have appreciated have been the calls from the surgery to check on my health and would appreciate it if they can be continued every few weeks, lasting just a minute or so, just to boost my confidence and check on my well-being.

    I would like to say a big thank you for the way the reception ( a very helpful gentleman) sorted out a mix up with today's appointment I was sent a text informing me my appointment had been changed but hadn't seen it so turned up at original time but was given appointment with different Dr also had a appointment with nurse who also saw me early so because of everyone being very helpful I was saved time by not having to return to surgery and for this I am extremely grateful thank you again

    My mum came in to see the practice nurse to have her arm dressed and the nurse was very caring and professional. We would like to thank her for everything she has done for my mum. We are greatly appreciative.

    I was given a sit and wait appointment at 4pm and seen around 4.45pm by a charming GP Excellent examination and diagnosis swiftly made Medication sent to my pharmacy and home by 5.15pm What can I say but what fantastic service and a big thanks

    Talking to a doctor at this practice even if you have ongoing health issues is becoming almost impossible. Put in a triage form via a phone call almost 2 weeks ago about ongoing g health issues that are getting worse. Was given the " we'll call you on the 29th " as the answer.... 29th arrives and no call. Not even a missed call. It's about time that the practice went back to proper health care practices and actually gave you an appointment to see a doctor..... I'm now considering a change of practice to one that actually gives a ........ .

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that you did not get the phone call you were expecting on the 29th October. I have gone through the clinics that day, and all calls have been crossed through. I would like to look into this further to see if by mistake we had booked you in on another day, or if the Doctor by mistake crossed through the call and did not ring, or perhaps we have an incorrect number for you. Either way, this should not have happened and I would like to apologise for this. I would be grateful if you could contact the surgery, either complete a klinik or ring and ask us to look into why this happened. Its important for us to know when things go wrong so we can share any learning needed to ensure it doesn't happen again. Clare (Patient Services Manager)

    Despite following process advising of my circumstances around my employment and my need to see a doctor I was advised to ring 111 and see them. I don't need to see them however I do need to see my GP. In the old days you'd ring up.and book an appointment to see them, now unless you have 24hour access to a phone to receive a call back etc then you aren't going to get one. Due to where I work I am not able to have my phone on me for security reasons as result you are preventing me from having g access to my GP. This is scandalous and an absolute joke. Please just let patients call and bowman appitnemtnfor the next day to see there doctor especially of there is an e consult form answer saying that this person needs to see a doctor. Really not impressed 😐

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. We advise patients we will call between 8am and 6pm. Due to the number of patients we process it is extremely difficult for us if patients only provide us with narrow windows when they are contactable. The responsibility of being able to take a call lies with the patient, and we recognise in some cases this is difficult.
