Attended appointment for a steroid injection. Appointment was prompt, Clinician was first class as procedure was fully explained. Future treatment if necessary was also advised

Why is it so difficult to get appointments for three days I have rung dead on 10am for a routine appointment and I always yet the same answer ‘booked to capacity. How do I get an appointment if I am unable to do it online either. I was only able to get an appointment with a healthcare assistant to check my pulse, not when I really want to see a doctor for some thing else, so it did not help my concerns.

We are sorry that you have been unable to gain access when needed. We would advise that currently all areas of the health service have capacity issues and demand is often more than we can safely provide.

I attended last week for a steroid injection I was very well looked after and all my questions were answered as I was struggling with medication as well he was very helpful just hope the pain gets better it has eased a little

I had a very good experience. The nurse very helpful i went for 2 injections enquired about 2 other injections and got them as well plus she arranged a follow up for the second half of the tetanus jab

Went in for a an appointment for myself, had to cancel my sons flu jab appointment to be told I would be sent another link to rebook.. 5 days later nothing.. asked to make a routine appointment for my self to be told to phone at 8am as they cannot book routine appointments anymore.. honestly what on earth is going on??

How ever much i am disappointed with the fact that you can not get to see a actual Doctor at the surgery, i was pleased with the vacination team, and the receptionist at Cosham park Surgery today.

I am unable to give an opinion on the outcome of the blood test as I do not have the results at the moment. A few months ago I received a letter informing me that I had a problem with the functioning of my kidneys but I have been unable to make an appointment to discuss this matter with anyone neither have I received any advice on best practice to help alleviate/prevent deterioration.
