I actually did not need to approach reception as I used the check-in system. The support worker who took my bloods was very professional and chatty. Did not hurt or bruise me

The doctor and his assistant made me feel very relaxed and he also had a very good sense of humour whilst discussing what he was going to do which was quite refreshing without all the jergon

Needed a face to face appointment with the doctor. The most difficult thing was getting through on the phone to make the appointment. Other than that, all was good.

The system for booking appointments is confusing and delays people from getting appointments, especially for those like myself who have moved to the local area and are new to using it. Why does the NHS App allow you to book a Phlebotomist blood test if you need to have a doctor or nurse to refer you first? There wasn't an option to book a doctors appointment on the NHS App so I booked a blood test only to turn up and be told I couldn't have one as not refererred by a doctor or nurse but issue was I couldn't make a doctors/ nurse appointment in first place. I was in tears at reception not knowing what to do, staff explained appointments only released at 10am and 7pm, I was told I would definitely get one if I set my alarm and booked one that evening at 7pm, I tried this but by 7.01pm all appointments taken! I was distraught at this stage and had to wait all weekend to then try again on Monday at 10am. I now have an appointment but feel very stressed from the whole appointment booking procedure and this is not helping with my medical issue.

Can never get an appointment, sometimes reception are rude or abrupt ! Apart from that I had to have bloods done for a serious condition , phlebotomist was lovely and caring to my needs very polite and professional

Excellent service the Nurse taking blood did an amazing job. In recent years most technicians have difficulty taking samples. My thanks for the excellent service

I always find Cosham Park House very efficient and easy. You log into the machine placed at the entrance, directed to the specific waiting room and wait to be called in. No waiting in queues or being forgotten about. I always opt for Cosham Park House for my routine appointment I have to do every 3 months because the nurses are always so friendly and welcoming that instantly make you feel at ease. Another note, Portsdown group are always very good at contacting me to remind me to book the appointment around the time it’s due (which is very helpful for someone like me who has ADHD and can be very overwhelmed and forgetful ha!)

This appointment was supposed to have been made once l had been to the Hospitial . l have not even got an appointment from the Hospitial so not happy.
