I went to waiting room one to wait to be called. The room is looking a bit tired now and in need of a refresh. I was called in by a very nice lady doctor at my appointed time and put straight at ease and not rushed into explaining my problem.

Fasting blood test. The appointment was on time - no waiting - the nurse was excellent - very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient I could not fault her. The whole experience was quick and pain free

I felt that I had a constructive review with the Doctor and that I was listened to and not simply told. It resulted in a new medication which, for the first time in many years, had a beneficial effect upon my blood pressure. The subsequent blood test a few weeks later was conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Hard to almost impossible to get a booking and when you get one you have 15 min to speak about all your problems, if not, you should try to make another impossible appointment. I need to write an essay about how ineffective and inefficient it is.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you were able to get appointed however, it is important to remember that we must limit each appointment to one issue being discussed as 15 minutes includes the time for the clinician to ensure your notes are updated and any follow-up completed.

I was dealt with very quickly and was given a tetanus vaccine bye a lovely lady doctor. I don't want any other vaccines.

I am responding on behalf of my mother, with whom I have discussed this survey. Mum feels that she could / should have better support. She is hugely critical of access to the surgery. Personally, I made mum aware of the parking challenges at Park House before the transfer. Only now is she digesting. Frankly, I have no real issues other than mum’s medication. I am not qualified, but mum often complains whether she has the right ‘cocktail’. She is 90. Perhaps, some additional calls / visits to her would help?

Thank you for replying on behalf of your mother. We are sorry that we are not providing enough support, we do have a dedicated pharmacy team who would be best placed to discuss most medication queries, this does need to be instigated by your mother by making an appointment.

The appointment was a total waste of time. The lady that I saw did her very best to help but she said herself that she was not the right person, a nd did not understand why the appointment had been made with her
