Efficient friendly no waiting, however I would prefer to have the option of using my local surgery crookhorn. This is the surgery I signed up for when I first joined portsdown group practice I hate having to travel to cosham and north end.

When i arrived i signed in and went too reception who was very helpful. I went to the waitng and was called in by the doctor within 5 minutes. The doctor explained what he was going to do very clearly and discussed treatment options in terms i could understand.

The lady was very pleasant to talk to, spent the time to understand my injury and checked my leg with care and consideration. I thought she was exceptional and I really appreciate her professionalism

My appointment was good although I live in Portsmouth I like cosham health centre,easy to sign in and very little waiting time ,staff are cheerful and helpful

Seen promptly and on time for blood test. Easy to check in. Treated with courtesy and professionalism by the phlebotomist. Results back the next day!

I made an appointment for a Measles jab and used the Blood Pressure machine to check my BP while I was at the surgery. The 3 readings were high so I was advised to see the receptionist. The receptionist immediately made an appointment for me at the pharmacy so that my BP could be checked again. The reading remained high so I was advised to use a monitor for a 24 hour period. I was contacted a few days later and fitted with the mobile monitor and returned the following day for the readings to be downloaded. Within 24 hours I had been contacted by the GP to say that the readings were ok and not further appointment necessary. The service I received was excellent and was very impressed with the pharmacy who were helpful and reassuring. The collaborative working between Surgery and Pharmacy worked well. Thank you

I went to my appointment slightly nervouse was greeted by a friendly professional team that at once help calm my nervousness, they were very helpful knowledgeable and help answer my questions with additional information
