Having been with my GP at Cranleigh for the past fifteen years I was sad that he was reducing his workload and that I was being passed over to a younger man. Well I needn’t have worried. Having had emergency life saving surgery three months ago I went with some trepidation to my first face to face meeting with my new doctor who could not have been more personable and knowledgeable, quickly putting me at ease with my condition giving me confidence to look positively to the future. I know I’m in safe hands and will receive the best care possible. Thank you Cranleigh Medical Practice.

Credit where credit is due! I recently had a knee operation and suffered from a swollen leg and foot. The surgery swung into action and immediately arranged an ultrasound at The Royal Surrey Hospital to check if there were any blood clots. I have been given the all clear and it is down to those two doctors who acted quickly and professionally. Well done Cranleigh Medical Practice. You are there when we need you. Thank you!

I have no complaints about the practice however I had an op and follow up at St George's Tooting, the follow up was three weeks ago and my wounds have been dressed twice a week since then by Cranleigh Medical Practice and the service has been excellent. The problem is that the letter from St George's is not on the Cranleigh computer system. Whether this is because they have not received it or have the letter and have not added it to the system I don't know. I could email a copy of the letter as it was forwarded to me by St George's but I can not find an email address for the Cranleigh medical practice.

I’ve been with the practice for over a year now. I’ve had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. All staff are happy to help from front line to back office. They always apologise for the wait when they answer the phones but I can’t say I’ve ever waited that long for an answer it’s the only surgery in the village so waiting is to be expected. I appreciate my Dr. taking time to go over my recent and previous medical history in our first consultation. I would Highly recommended this surgery five stars.
