I woke up with a possible infection so I completed the online form at 8am. I received a phone call at 8.06am offering me an appointment at 09.15am. I was seen promptly at the allotted time and was prescribed antibiotics. I picked them up from the chemist and took the first one at 09.30am. Excellent prompt treatment. Thanks to all involved

I was feeling really I’ll with a kidney infection, I tried phoning but I was placed in a queue, so I filled an on-line form which was very easy to do, a doctor phoned me in about 10mins and I received excellent care.

I am fortunately not someone who has needed to visit the doctor on a regular basis. That changed recently and after being referred for a scan by a doctor at the Wonersh surgery I went for my results of this continuing problem at Cranleigh medical practice. I have now attended the practice on two occasions and cannot speak highly enough of it. My main praise must go to the doctor who dealt with my issue. He was extremely professional, listened and gave reassuring advice. I felt that my reason for attending was being given his complete attention. Highly recommended.

This is not the first time I have received outstanding care from this practice. The receptionists are helpful and polite and willing to help direct you to the busy doctors when required, or take thorough messages to pass on. The online system is efficient (and in my option improved now it’s not so long!) and allows you to be directed to the appropriate person - whether that be a nurse, paramedic or GP. My most recent experience meant I’d seen a specialist within 24 hours of referral from the GP and then a follow up call from the GP the next day. Exceptional service and a very grateful patient.

My 11 month son has recently been very poorly with a fever, lack of appetite and severe rash. The care we received from the medical practice was first class. I had a face to face appointment within 2 hours of my call, I then had a lengthy appointment with the GP who went into detail about my son and what could be causing his rash. He asked a second GP for a second opinion and also called a paediatrician at the hospital to check on medical treatment as the condition was rare in a child my son’s age apparently. The doctor agreed to follow up the next day with a call and face to face appointment to check in on him and then again 5 days later on the last day of his prescribed medicine. Just amazing service and I am very thankful as I felt like my son was in excellent care!

We phoned the surgery on 22.12. The receptionist was incredibly kind and I was given an appointment and saw a doctor the same morning. The care and subsequent follow up that I received was exceptional. I am very grateful as I know how busy the surgery is at this time of year.

I registered with this practice three weeks ago and I have yet to receive confirmation that I am registered with them. I don't have a letter for nhs website sign in etc to make appointments. Tried to make an appointment for myself today online only to find this practice only offers a telephone number. I am deaf... I cannot use a phone! Where is the accesability for someone like me who need to rely on emails or website. I am worried that I cannot make my own appointments.

As a practice we have recently invested in a new online platform ‘Accurx triage’ which will certainly meet your needs for contact and communication moving forward. This is available through our website's main page where we are able to communicate with you through various methods including text messaging. We are continuously looking for ways to improve accessibility for our patients and we will strive to ensure access to the above tool is as clear as possible. Please be assured that we strive to be a modern, forward thinking practice, with a focus on widening access and offering high quality care. The practice is equipped with an audio induction loop system and BSL interpreters care often arranged in advance for appointments when required for our deaf patients.

My 10 month old Son has been suffering a nasty illness for several days. After contacting 111 I was able to get a same day GP appointment with our family GP. As always, he was extremely understanding, caring and explained everything needed to reassure us that nothing is serious. He took the time to explain. This is not the first time I have had to see the same GP about other health issues, and each time they are very caring and reassuring, especially as calming nerves. Great practice generally and very prompt with referrals.

My first face-to-face doctors appointment in a while and I was so impressed with the quality of the experience. My doctor was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I have come to expect from a GP.
