Shame it wasnt available the fortnight before as had to travel to Crawcrook for covid jab then rowlands gill for flu jab. Go back to a walk in at the chapel as previous, no app required just walk in

From arriving at the practice the experience was fantastic well organised the staff were friendly and very well organised Would highly recommend to anyone attending

Very organised and the staff were friendly,it was clean and tidy and there was not a problem parking at the time of my appointment. They had a one way system in place so it was in one door and out another which was a good idea it kept the flow of people moving can't think of anything which could have been done any better it all worked perfectly for me and would think anyone else who was at the practice having there covid booster.

I attended the surgery for my Covid injection on 23 Sept and the organisation was excellent, so well organised and you were in and out in 5 minutes. Well done to everyone!

I thought the system worked extremely well, very well planned and executed. No waiting around, I was in and out within 5 minutes and it was very busy. Helpful, kind staff who knew what they were doing. Delivery was excellent. Couldn’t fault it at all.

As stated above. The only problem was having to travel to a GP surgery when I had one on my doorstep. If I hadn't got a lift, I would have had to get 2 buses to Crawcrook surgery.

Staff very friendly and helpful even though they were so overwhelmed with patients. Seen to me straight away. Been to other practices who were not helpful at all.
