Very efficient vaccine clinic - completely out of character with the rest of their services which are well below the standard I expect from a medical practice

My appointment was dealt with very efficiently and was a good experience. Attended the appointment on time and received COVID jab very quickly after completing the form.

Very efficient service for administration of COVID booster. Short wait after entering the surgery to being registered as attending. Receptionist friendly and efficient. Short wait in the waiting room while completing a form. Checked by a nurse then taken to a treatment room. Pleasant and professional nurse administered injection and gave followup information. All completed in about 10 minutes

The open day on Saturday for the covid jab was run efficiently and without any problems. If Monday to Fri could be the same it would be great! Well done to the staff!

There has been a lot of negative feedback for the collective Surgeries, but I cannot praise my latest experience highly enough. - Check in was fast. - Filling in consent form was easy. - The wait for a Nurse to come free was minimal. - The time to administer the injection was fast. - I could then go home - brilliant! Total time from entering the building to leaving after my injection must have been less than 10 minutes. A big thank you and well done to the Tram

Arrived for Covid booster just before planned time. Well directed by staff. Paper work quickly completed. Injection administered efficiently and then left. Whole appointment took just over 5 mins.
