Staff are friendly and helpful and professional. Well organised at our covid jab, didn't take long No problems at previous appointments all done with care.

I visited the Crawcrook medical centre for the first time for my Covid booster appointment. The system worked very efficiently and the staff were friendly, I was in and out in minutes.

Exceptionally well organised Covid booster programme - within 10 minutes registered and given injection. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Went for COVID vaccination it was straightforward no waiting and the staff were plesant. Good parking area but I am in Rowlands Gill so a little out of the way for me

Quick, efficient and friendly. Came to have a COVID jab. Would have preferred to go to my local practice which is much closer to where I live but it was nice to see how things are in Crawcrook. Wish we had a brand new building and lovely staff where I go.

The practice is easy to find with plenty of free parking,access is good they also have disabled parking outside. Inside the practice is very clean and airy,all the staff are friendly and helpful

I went for my Covid jab and the staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was very well organised. They did a fantastic job.
