I booked using NHS online and was given a choice of venue’s l chose West Denton Community Centre and the service was excellent, my practice Grange Road couldn’t offer a Covid jab it was full up. I have always found the Newcastle based health services to be better than Gateshead and will always choose them first.

Attended for covid vaccine booster on a Saturday. The experience was very positive. Good communication, organisation and efficiency. Was in, done and out in 5 minutes. Staff are friendly and professional.

Excellent service at the covid buster clinic. I only wished it was possible to have the flu jab at the same time. I've another date booked but it would have been handy to have both on the same day.

On this occasion for my covid vaccination booster the service was very good, however, requiring an appointment for other medical problems is almost impossible, you have to wait so long on the phone to speak to a receptionist, I waited 25 minutes today and when I eventually got through the only appointment I was offered is not until 18th October and that is at Rowlands Gill practise, I do not feel this is acceptable

It was really quick my husband and I had slightly different appointment times and I asked could we be seen at the same time and the receptionist said that we could.

I have never seen a doctor here, but I had to put a date in to be able to leave a review. Perhaps you need to tailor this site to reflect the question asked. The date I used was the date I attended for a covid booster, which was very efficiently run. No complaints apart from why couldn't be done at the Grange Road site. Today (25/09) I tried to order a repeat prescription via the Bramley Health app, only to find the icon to order prescriptions has now vanished! It was there a couple weeks ago when my wife ordered hers. Tried to sign into Patient Access only to find that access was denied as it wouldn't recognise my password, saying I had signed myself out. Rang Ryton/Crawcrook surgery landline, and after 20 minutes or so was told that we needed to go down to the surgery and resubmit our details to regain access. On a positive note, the receptionist did order my tablets. The service in this part of the world has really gone down and I shudder to think what it's going to be when all 550 new house in the Ryton/Crawcrook area are built and occupied.

Quick, efficient and friendly staff. Enough staff on duty to enable vaccinations to run to appointment times. Never been to this surgery before though it is part of the same group which my registered surgery belongs.
