Very friendly team delivering a very speedy efficient service. The speed from booking in to receding the injections was very quick. I the staff were very knowledgeable and answered ant queries I had.

Very well organised, with plenty of seats and paperwork. The staff were friendly and helpful, the whole process went very smoothly.

Flu clinic was well organised and hardly any waiting time. Although no staff in reception, did checkin service and name came up on monitor and advised which room to go to

The staff were so busy. Appointments were obviously booked to capacity. It was like production line but they coped very well under the circumstances. All were very cheerful and friendly. Could not fault them.

Great appointment, nurse was quick and injection was painless. No waiting around in waiting room. Checked in and was called almost immediately.

I attended the surgery to have both my COVID and Flu vaccines, the clinic was very busy however the staff on duty were very proffesional and reassuring. They deserve every praise.

Went to Crawcrook surgery for my Covid jab. Check in went very smoothly, completely confirmation form & joined queue. Nurses were efficient and took about 15 minutes for the entire process.

I had an anti covid injection and despite being needle phobic it didn't hurt,thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of all concerned.
