I attended the Covid Booster Clinic, it was very well organised with people at every point to assist you. The staff were all really friendly and helped you feel at ease.

Complained about worsening heart condition and was invited for ECG and blood test. I received a warm welcome, only a few minutes late, and was treated efficiently and with respect. Referal to hospital cardiac services very soon afterwards.

My daughter and I attended Crawcrook clinic on 7 Oct 2023 for our Covid and Flu vaccinations. Everything was amazing, friendly , efficient staff and the whole process was carried out in a well arranged manner. The surgery was quite busy but we were in and out within a few minutes. Thanks to all who took part in this extremely important clinic.

I attended the medical centre for a Covid booster. Process was very efficient considering the number of attendees. Also got the flu vaccine during the same visit saving me another trip. Very polite and professional staff.

The clinic was very busy with people getting Covid & Flu jabs, it felt well organised & the queue went down quite quickly.

Attended with my partner at the correct time was asked to complete a short questionnaire then joined a small queue. Found the experience friendly efficient and fast completed in less than 10 minutes

I Visited the surgery for my annual Flu jab, it took place on time and the service from the health assistant was warm and friendly which is frequently the case in the surgery.

Arrived was surprised to find the surgery packed, but people were seen swiftly with 2 nurses vaccinating. Waited about 10 mins and was in and out within a minute. Shame couldn’t have Covid vaccine at the same time.

Called on time for my Flu jab. I was offered the pneumonia jab at the same time which I accepted. Staff were polite and the process ran smoothly. This is what I would expect from the practice

Seemed odd everyone arrived at once so problems parking and then we were all crammed in a tiny corridor breathing germs all over each other. But very friendly staff and very quick and efficient inoculator
