I was given an appointment in super quick time the same afternoon that I called the surgery. During my visit, the GP was very kind during his examination, then he explained that he was going to arrange for an urgent referral to the hospital. He arranged an appointment through the urgent two week wait referral system. In less than an hour after leaving the surgery I received a message from the hospital stating that an appointment had been made for me giving the date two weeks from the following day. I couldn’t believe how quickly things had been dealt with by both my GP, the practice and the hospital. I cannot praise the NHS highly enough and I’m sure that if my treatment at the hospital continues in this vein I will be highly delighted and feel as though I am in safe hands. Thank you to all involved.

Lovely receptionist who was extremely helpful with my initial call on a distressing matter. Brilliant doctor who was quick in his response to my concerns

I contacted surgery at 1650 regarding what I thought was possible prostate issue and was asked if an appointment at 17.10 was OK. Unbelievable service. Extremely happy. Got to see the doctor at exactly 17.10 and what a nice chap he was. Didn't rush and was very attentive. This was at South Wingfield surgery.

I was given an appointment to see a doctor I had not seen before. He was thorough and interested in my case. I would certainly be happy to see him again should I need a follow-up appointment.

I rang the surgery at 8.30 am and was given an appointment time of 11.15, which was excellent. The doctor I saw was extremely efficient and quickly diagnosed my symptoms.

Excellent, compassionate attitude received when I made a call into the practice and appointment made with doctor for later the same morning. Doctor was very efficient but empathetic at the same time - thank you
