To start off, I've never had a problem with any receptionist at this surgery but the morning I called up the lady was really rude. The doctor was also not very polite at our appointment either. Putting this aside we were seen quickly and on the same day

I had an excellent service from my GP practice. Incredibly helpful and thorough. My GP was very knowledgeable and supportive and he knew exactly what to do to get me the help I needed. He made me feel very reassured and put me at ease because of his suggestions and interventions. The Nurse I saw also was lovely and she was very capable, professional and kind.

Rang to make appointment at 9am on Tuesday 26th (2 in the phone queue). Appointment made for later that afternoon. Seen on time. Problem solved. Excellent!

-Multiple attempts to get through to the gp and then a wait in a que - when through to a receptionist very helpful and friendly, tried to be accommodating with times/ appointments in other practice - welcoming at practice, both reception and gp - arrived early and excepted a wait but seen early - GP was informative, understanding and listened

My mind was put completely at ease after seeing our Dr with my 6th month old baby I got an appointment quickly and left the appointment feeling calmer and reassured with his diagnosis

Have had to visit the surgery a few times recently with a persistent problem and have always been given a same day appointment or call and medication dispensed quickly.

Called with a concern about my LO. Was offered a same day appointment. Was actually seen early, GP listened and was responsive. Received treatment and follow up apt there and then.

I rang at 1 p.m for an appt due to a cough and rib pain. I was offered an appt at 5.p.m. The GP was very caring and actively listened to my symptoms. He heard crackles in my lungs and prescribed antibiotics.
