Not feeling well. Went into surgery at 13:30. Was given a telephone appointment that afternoon. Needed pressure checking, given appointment for 15:00. All very smooth and efficient.

Reception staff are helpful. GP I saw was a good listener, answered my questions, was reassuring, caring and competent.

I moved from another practice nearby where everything was difficult. I’ve found this first interaction with the surgery to be efficient, clear, supportive, informed, thorough. Very impressed

I have had an excellent experience of your practice over the years. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The doctors are a pleasure to spend time with even if not feeling well! In fact every person I have seen at your practice has been wonderful. A great practice. Many thanks - Jill Drewett

The practice is at the forefront of proactive patient management, encouraging regular reviews of medical circumstances, rather than simply reacting to patient’s presenting problems. Staff are polite, efficient and effective. Appointments happen on time.

I have nothing but praise for this Surgery- very prompt at answering the phone and queries and the Receptionist have always been very pleasant and helpful - the Doctor I have been seeing is wonderful.

Cross Deep are wonderfully kind and helpful. They work very hard to take great care of our family. We’ve been with the practice for over thirty years and always experienced an excellent level of care.

Came for an ultrasound on Wednesday-excellent friendly staff, very efficient practice. It’s great to be able to get an ultrasound locally without having to travel to Kingston Hospital. Thanks

I have always been happy with my experience at this surgery but must add that the receptionists are outstanding. Always helpful, calm and friendly. They go the extra mile for the patients. Their job is complicated and often difficult, so their competency is to be admired.
