    I'm a transman who's under care of the Gic Cmagic, and I moved to Guildford for work. Cmagic enters shared care agreements with practices to administer testosterone shots, and I was very apprehensive as these have been very trying at past practices I've been under. Dapdune has been spectacular in every aspect. The shared care agreement was signed with no issues, my bloods were always taken and sent on time, injections done with no issues, and I haven't been missgendered once by anyone at the practice. I only experienced one issue with my Nhs nunber being changed which hid my old records, and this was sorted the day of my injection as an admin issue. They also have Nebido available without needing to bring my Cmagic prescription, and were able to dispense it if I needed extra as they already had guidance from Cmagic, which I have never experienced before. This has been night and day compared to other practices I've been with, who refused prescription requests from Cmagic, required extra letters from Cmagic to do anything related to my care despite the agreement outlining everything, and medical transphobia when I tried to come in for unrelated conditons. I've moved away from Guildford now, but I've already recommended Dapdune as the goto practice to my trans friends who still live there, as this level of care goes above and beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. Please keep it up.

    Immediate response to attack of asthma followed by phone call to check on progress of treatment. Followed a few days later for an immediate visit to surgery for an examination

    Extremely pleased with service recent and of the past at our surgery. Needed extra medication for our holiday to Thailand. So some prescriptions had got signed off. The lovely office staff got this sorted followed by the fabulous pharmacy staff sorting it and getting it delivered to us as I don't drive. Also we have had recent gp appointments very quickly and always find staff very pleasant and efficient.

    I can't thank the reception manager enough for helping my daughter see someone yesterday for her injury and creating an appointment next week for much needed staple-removal of said injury. Huge relief as A & E are overwhelmed and nobody was able to help me. Thank you Dapdune as I know you are also overwhelmed daily. Sincerely grateful 🙏🙏

    A big thank you to the receptionist, and doctor this afternoon. Streamlined service. I attended the pharmacy at Dapdune believing my issue could be dealt with the pharmacist. I was advised I needed to see a doctor. The receptionist next door was so kind, cheerful, and empathetic. I was seen within 20 mins by a doctor and prescribed antibiotics. Fantastic service

    I came into the surgery as I had some questions. I had sent an email a week ago highlighting a possible concern. I hadn't received any response. The receptionist was able to alert the member of staff of this so I could get a response. Also, she was able to direct me to, and assist me with a blood pressure machine that patients can use in the waiting room. She has booked me an appointment to see someone, and has answered my questions. I believe she is new to the surgery. Very helpful.

The health kiosk is in the waiting room is a huge benefit to our patients as they don’t need an appointment to complete a blood pressure reading.     I had my cervical screening which, naturally, I wasn’t looking forward to. The nurse was amazing, so professional and explained the process and what would happen after with results. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring or reassuring experience. What an asset to this surgery.

    It is impossible to book an appointment over the phone with this surgery. The reception team simply do not pick up the phone. Have attempted several times and always have to resort to emailing or going to the surgery in-person.

    Dear Patient, I am very sorry you experienced problems getting through to the surgery on the 8th January 24. After reviewing the staff levels and the call data for the 8th January I could see we had a significant number of calls into the surgery and the maximum number of receptionist working. Mondays are our busiest day of the week so we do try to ensure that we have sufficient staffing levels. That said I can see through certain parts of the day we had more calls not answered. I will of course investigate the reasons for this. I am currently looking into a call back system for or patients so they are not waiting on the phone for long periods of time.     I had the need to contact the surgery on a Monday morning. From the helpful receptionist to the locum GP with whom I had a face to face appointment that morning, the treatment I received was excellent. I have been a patient here for over 50 years, and whilst there have been many changes, it remains an excellent practice.
