Was reviewed for diabetes check This worked well and advised me of various things I needed or could do Seeing doctor is extremely difficult as they keep most appointments same day but you have to queue up at 7.45 to get one You cannot make an appointment a few days in advance so non urgent matters never get dealt with until they become urgent when you try to get appointment or go to A&E

A very efficient and friendly review with the practice nurse. Very thorough. I was seen on time and all aspects of my diabetic review were discussed and assessed in a caring, personalised way.

When ever i go i normally dont have any issues, but1 time i went to have a blood test the nurse that i had took 4 times in the same arm to find some blood didnt even try another place to take it, find this not very good as i'm not a pin cushion and do not expect to be treated as one

My consultant advised me to book a blood pressure check with gp due to a new medication. Booked in for blood pressure check, and lady I saw aso did a full meds review and weighed me whilst I was there

Overall, I had a positive experience at the surgery on this occasion. My appointment was quite early so, it was quiet in the surgery. Reception were helpful. I had to wait a little but wasn't in a rush so that was OK. The nurse took time and care with me which I was happy about. The test wasn't as straightforward and was somewhat uncomfortable but she was empathetic and therefore did her best to make it less uncomfortable as much as possible. I would recommend this practice.

Very helpful Receptionist about the time of my appointmeny. Nurse examination was very professional and through and helpful given over leg injury and feet/toes care.

The nurse or doctor were very good. The service was fairly quick and check my blood pressure and gave me blood test. Pressure test too.

I used the internet app to describe my symptoms and ask for an appointment, the responses back were prompt. The doctor saw me and was very caring and supportive in his diagnosis
