I got medication from pharmacy. I got regular treatment from GP. I an happy for getting cares from nurses and doctors. I have to go and collect one item which I left in pharmacy shop. I have to book more appointments whatever I need with GP and attend to hospital for more medical check up. Sometime, I missed some appointments and cancle via web link. I hope to get more NHS services with more cares in all future. I got very well treatments from GP and hospital on time. Otherwise , I have big problems. Thanks.

We aim to respond to all queries received within 24hrs, our response would usually give best advice from GP in relation to the issues you have mentioned when completing the triage form. The nurse was friendly, kind, informative.she explained what she was doing. I don't think the computer signing is is great for elderly people.I know there are receptionist & it's an option to talk to them.

Nurse was kind and patient..she give lot surety regarding my health..my prescription was quick to recieved . She also refers me to have a lots off exercise to keep my health up..

Staff were polite helpful and accomodating. Follow up after care from Dr was comforting and facility to collect medication from local pharmacy is extremely helpful. Great improvement to previous difficulties pre- covid. All in very pleased with the services well enhanced though was good before now even better !!

I love that they follow up with my treatment plan by thoroughly explaining what I need to do and also follow me up with a phone call. All the staff members I came in contact with were all receptive...

I felt really ill but didn't know whether to be concerned or not. The receptionist understood, emailed the GP and shortly after I was called and asked to come in. Brilliant same day service from reception to the lovely GP which allayed my fears and put me on the road to feeling better.

The only part of the practice I have faith In. I can Never get an appointment, Can Never get through on phone, the pharmacist was very good, has helped put my blood pressure under control, and genuinely tried to help me. I have had to cancel my copd appointment as double booked.

We are sorry to hear about your difficulties in getting through to us via the phone, sometimes we experience huge number of calls to deal with especially during peak hours. Patients can visit our website and complete a quick triage form and we would usually respond within 24 hrs to confirm appropriate action/actions that the duty doctor as advised to take, this may either be to arrange an appointment to see a GP or a telephone consultation booked to discuss your symptoms with a GP.
