Nurse treatmt today excellent.offered me without asking blood pressure monitor which I had requested twice before at reception after request from G P to monitor pressure at home for 7 days. I was told they did not think I could have one and it was suggested I could buy one.

I have met with a junior doctor there who apparently you are not allowed name in reviews, three times over the last couple of months. Never in my history of being a patient in the NHS have I felt a doctor has been as attentive as she has. I’m so delighted I have met a doctor I feel so comfortable with and actively want to return to. Thank you for your kind, caring and extremely helpful manner and practice.

My appointments with the Practice nurse and my GP have been thorough and reassuring. Staff are so lovely and listen to what you tell them. Thank you for looking after me.

During my GP appointment I felt like I was listened to, my concerns were thoroughly explored and the doctors approach was very empathetic. I felt that no matter what the outcome of further investigations was, that I would receive appropriate follow on care from the surgery.

Information about need the jab was by text and useful. On my first attempt at booking online the time I asked for was rejected by e-mail (no explanation), but I managed to book one 10 minutes earlier than my initial request on my second attempt. The nurse was helpful and checked my records to see if any other jabs would be needed in the near future. Overall, I'm happy with this experience.

Needed to see a doctor to be examined rang surgery and was asked to come up as soon as I can.. examined by doctor within 40 mins from making phone call ...excellent service
