Is there a trick to get someone to answer the phone? I’ve tried twice this week. Both times ringing for over 30mins. I gave up

Went above and beyond the last 2 weeks helping me sort stuff out because my anxiety was getting in the way. Well done guys. Especially my Dr and 1 of the girls behind the window for helping me deal with my stuff

Used Patches this morning, got a call back early afternoon asking me to go in to be checked. Only problem was I got a message to say the patches consultation had ended before I got the call. Rang surgery who told me what was happening and that GP was looking at it.

Annual diabetic review by Practice Nurse was thorough, professional, helpful and friendly. Given time to explain circumstances since last review and offered helpful suggestions and methods regarding ways for me to improve my self management. Appointment was on time.

Had a good health check on all my ongoing problems. Review was thorough and informative. All questions I asked were explained in terms I could understand and done in a friendly manner. All told it was a good review.

Went today for a smear and the nurse was lovely, very polite and professional and made sure I was comfortable. There’s were 2 medical students present, which I was fine with, and she made sure my dignity was preserved thoughout

I've just moved back from France and news broadcasts prepared me for a failing NHS. The practice has been great, however - even giving same-day appointments with the doctor as necessary. I can't praise all the staff too highly.
