The nurse I seen what a lovely woman, she knew i had health anxiety and I was a bit shaky she made me feel so comfitable and made the worst thing i hate into something managable thankyou so much.

Whenever I come into the practice, the staff are always very kind and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they seem prepared to answer queries without any bother.

My elderly father is a patient here and the practice has improved beyond expectations over the last few years. He has complex needs and all the staff & Doctors go the extra mile…… they listen, take action & respond when necessary.

I called over 130 times just to get through, then waited for 45 minutes for a receptionist to pick up the call, only to be hung up on. So frustrating.

My daughter received excellent care last week when she was unwell with glandular fever . The practice responded very swiftly to my e consults and sorted medications and prompt investigations . The Dr phoned me on the same day the results came through to discuss them with me, and arranged follow up . I found the Drs to be very thorough , kind and caring .

Great experience each time when I have to call the surgery for an appointment. The reception team are great. My child also get seen or get a phone call by the duty doctor. The healthcare team are also great in explaining things and very patience as well.

Dr this morning was really lovely very professional and sorted me out very pleased not a problem antibiotics sorted, got a appointment same day
