Arrived early and was seen early for my vaccination, students were observing but was asked if it was ok before entering the room. The Nurse and both students were polite and professional. Over all a good visit to the doctors

I saw the nurse today for my asthma review but she did so much more. Friendly, helpful and kind. A very good first meeting as we hadn’t met, welcoming many thanks for your kindness and understanding of my concerns.

Although my appointment had to be rescheduled a couple of times, I attended my appointment today and had a fantastic experience. I was seen on time and the nurse was outstanding and professional. I also would like to state that the doctors are putstanding when responding to E-consults, the fastest way to explain your problems in my opinion.

I was admitted earlier than my appointment time and was made to feel really at ease by the nurse practitioner for my smear test which was over quickly. Really brilliant service, thank you.

Was seen on time and nurse was very professional have been put on waiting list for further treatment. She also explained how to read my blood pressure as I have a machine at home but not sure what readings mean

The practice is organized and the nurse I saw was sympathetic to my needs. I didn't feel rushed and was given information about other facilities within the practice.

The doctors and reception staff are always friendly. The GPs always have time to listen to u when u have an illness and never rush you out the door

I have been with this practice for over 40 years and there has been an overhaul for the better. The staff are all pleasant, well that is my experience of late. Today’s visit was no different, checked in smoothly was actually seen early and nurse did what she had to do with a smile on her face.
