Excellent bloodtest service ,no waiting and very gentle the tester was ,always a good service provided by the Surgery

Twice I booked an appointment only to find out the appointment was booked for a different date and time to the one stated over the phone call. The receptionists really lack the basic skills to simply book accurate appointments.

Lovely receptionist always does her best to help with any enquiry I have. Always tries to get us an appointment. I have forgotten her name. She was on reception Tuesday 19th at 4.20. She really knows customer service and how to deal with people.

I had a phone consultation and was told I would be referred for a scan. I following up 2 weeks later to find out there was no record of the consultation and no referral made. I am now waiting to have another consultation in which I will have to request for a referral to be made again.

I have a patient at this practice for more than 20 years, is the best practice for me. The doctor is very precise and very good in diagnosing. A very attentive doctor
