I’ve always had a good service with this practice and always find the Drs are very good and seem to listen and find the solution to my problem

Always find my visit to this practice is good. From the Dr to receptionists, phlebotomist and nurses... I find them all friendly and helpful..

Very service as always from both Doctor and reception team, whenever I’ve had an issues it’s resolved with fuss or drama all staff are always polite.

I was given reassurance about my symptoms. They were all very helpful and efficient. It was a very nice experience and I am very satisfied with this practice.

Tried doctors on Thursday. No appointment told to ring 111. 111 said as child, needs to be seen but no face to face available call gp in morning. Called 8 on dot was told doctor not in so no appointments today. Called back and said this is not right she is only a child I have done everything I’ve been told to do and still no appointment. Reception came back and managed to get an appointment. Saw doctor he was great. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a child an appointment.

I was genuinely pleased with the high level of professionalism exhibited by the Healthcare Assistant (HCA) who attended to me. Her demeanor was not only commendably professional but also remarkably lovely and approachable, creating a positive and comforting experience during my interaction with them

Good attendance and job and will likely recommend the practice. I came for semen analysis and the referral and results were timely.I am extremely satisfied

I have been with this surgery for years and I must say I feel like the service is getting worse. As I write this, I have been on hold for over 20 minutes and this is after I hung up and called back where I was waiting for over 40 minutes. I am trying to return a phone call from them! I cannot believe the surgery is jam packed at 18:15 in the evening with the phones ringing off the hook that they cannot answer a phone call that has been ringing for close to an hour!

Did not wait too long! Was great and felt the Gp was actually listening to me. My previous practice would not hear me most times like they knew me better than I know myself.

When I phoned to book an appointment with a medical concern,I was met with a very pleasant lady who assisted me politely. When explaining my medical peace of mind listened and used her discretion to know where to place me in the list of priority. I was given a next day appointment which I was very grateful for as I was concerned myself. I attended the GP surgery where again I was met with a very pleasant lady who dealt with my concern in a professional manner. The Dr then requested for me to return to the receptionist and book a appointment. I did and the ladies couldn't have been anymore helpful.I was given the relevant details and left with peace of mind that the matter I phoned about was being dealt with to my satisfaction.
