Phoned on a Monday, got a face to face appt on Wednesday. Doctor sent me for an X-ray at local clinic that morning. There was no waiting and seen straight away. Doctor phone with results that afternoon , so much better than going to A&E, saving a place for real emergencies.

The reception staff are incredibly friendly, and the doctor's service is excellent, with a swift response in ordering blood tests, referrals, and other necessary procedures. My family and I have been attending this clinic for years, and we've never encountered any issues. Highly recommended!

You can now see your Doctor which is good, they took to long getting back to normal after covid, nearly 4 years which was a joke there was no need for it they could of had a free standing plastic screen between them and the patient everyone else had to work through it retail bin men etc , so my opinion they took far to long getting back to normal, how can a doctor see what is wrong with you through a phone call they get paid for service which was not happening, but its getting thete now which is good

I have been under this GP practice for 15 + years and have never had a bad experience they are courteous, helpful and polite I nearly always get an appt when needed and really can't fault them My Dr is thorough and efficient if referrals are needed they are done with speed and accuracy Best Gp I've ever had

A Diabetic review carry out by a nurse. She was polite, friendly, knowable. Like the whole team they are very helpful.
