Waited over 45 minutes when i finally got to see the doctor he sorted out what needed to be done. Booking a appointment the wait is to long.

From reception, you will feel they are concerned about your health, very professional and will allocate a date for your appointment. The doctors are very compassionate and will do every thing to make your referral as soon as possible

Excellent practice very welcoming front desk staff always willing to help and advise when asked, I’ve never had an issue since being with the practice both Doctors take the time to listen and response accordingly.

Still really happy with this practice. I have got to know some of the receptionists names and they are helpful & to the point. The Doctors are also to the point and good. So much better than my previous practice.

Being post op, i as a patient needed medication contained on from my hospital, the GP didn’t talk to me just prescribed a medication, this medication I couldn’t take due to other medications I am, no communication was had between myself and the GP just slap dash and hope I have the capacity to know I can’t mix the Medication. After numerous calls I finally got some answers after having no pain relief for 2 days, being left unable to function and in constant pain. On top of this the GP practice doesn’t do post op care for wounds or clip removal which I find absolutely mind boggling seeing as the GP practice has the facilities for nurses however it would seem you can only use a nurse for vaccinations nowadays.
