Everyone is caring,polite and respectful and everything they do is well organised.When it comes to rebook my appointment the Receptionist on duty always give me an option or with my own inconvenience.

I have attempted to get follow up appointment, following a phone call asking me to book an appointment. Both times I was informed that I would not be able to get an appointment until March, a month away. This is not the first time this has happened.

I had to attend my go practice to leave a urine sample and have a blood test taken , the American receptionist was very welcoming and extremely helpful , the philbotonist was very good , no bruising on arm afterwards , I must say brilliant service all round

I have nothing but admiration for your gp practice , it has been a brilliant service , except for my last appointment on 8th January 2023 , I arrived 15 minutes early for my 3pm appointment and booked in with your receptionist and was told to take a seat , I was still waiting at 15.15 , then 15.30 and when it got to 15.35 I returned to the desk and asked the receptionist how much longer please before I would get seen , she said " I'll go find out fir you " , on her return she said " your the next one in " , the diabetic hca came into the waiting room and called my name , when we were in the clinic room , your hca apologised for the waiting time because the receptionist had not booked me in upon my arrival at 14.45 for my 15.00 appointment , your hca I must say was very professional and polite , I understand everybody makes mistakes but an apology from your receptionist would have been much appreciated .

This practice is a breath of fresh air, so much better than my previous one. I have found that the receptionists are professional, helpful & friendly. The Doctors & nurses are very good too.

I constantly hear and read bad reports of gp surgeries and felt I had to state that this surgery is fantastic. The receptionist could not be more helpful. And the doctors are seeing patients face to face and are most professional and caring…
