Been for a medication review, and was seen within 10 minutes . The staff on reception are always friendly and helpful. The nurse was very thorough and made me feel at ease.

My last visit to the surgery was fast and efficient I was seen in quick time and I completed all my test and still has time to go to work

Have been with surgery since a little girl some of the reception staff are very helpful and very experienced in their job and make it very easy for me to talk to them,I don't think they have it easy on the front line so to speak so many language barriers they must come across make their job that little harder but still well done to them ladies

appointment on time and Dr was extremely helpful in diagnosing my issue with my elbow and follow up treatment if needed

I've always found the receptionists polite and helpful. In general I've only waited a few days for an appointment and after a period of ill health found both Doctors Alkaisy and Islam sympathetic and caring. I was given an immediate referral. No one wants to be unwell but in all, my experience with the Urswick Road practice has been very positive.
