I went to have an inplant removal and have another one in. I was attended to with care, Dr Alkaisy was spot on and very clean with the procedure.

Need to see the dr regarding an infected toe she prescribed antibiotics and also a note for my sons school as his shoes were hurting him Very good service

Serious time wasting. I had appointment for 08:10 and I was only called to be seen by the doctor at 08:52. The doctor was in the office receiving a private during this time. He apologise when I protested. He is a good, passionate and experienced doctor though.

Dr Alkaisy is just great, he always gives me full explanations, sending me for tests/x-rays with no hesitation if required. He is also very professional, while still being friendly.

The doctor at the practice is excellent, however the receptionist with high BMI female receptionist on the 7th of March was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came in early for my appointment and did not realise my name was called. I approached the receptionist 10 mins after arrival and was told I was called by speaking to me very rudely. She then told me she will let the doctor know, however I waited 50 mins until I was called. I approached reception 3 times until I was seen and when I spoke with the doctor he said he was not told of my arrival at all, so she lied. On the last occasion I approached a different receptionist who was very helpful. The receptionist was very rude speaking with me. I would advice she attends a course as I believe this is not how a patient should be treated in a healthcare setting as I myself work in healthcare. Disgusting.

Polite, positive manner, seen on time The doctor knew what he was talking about And what people to phone The reception at the doctors was also very helpful

I collapsed in the mosque few weeks back when performing night prayer. I booked appointment to see the GP. He ask me a couple of question about what exactly happened to me. He checked my blood pressure and book further appointment for blood test next week.
