Appointment made to see a doctor, on arrival no record could be found, I was later passed on to a nurse, she was efficient, but I expected to be talking to my GP. A total lack of communication..screen's not working to call patients forward.

I saw my Dr on the 04.04.24 regarding an experience I had in my health, he was quick to do a referral to establish what the cause is. I felt listened to and treated with respect. Staff respectful, Drs are always willing to help and support patients, appointments are more readily available.

A few days ago, l was in a cruciate pain and wanted to call and book an appointment with my doctor. I was on the phone more than 30 minutes and Immediately she picked the phone, she dropped it and l called again and l was on the phone almost 1 hour before she finally answered me. It was so bad. Because of that, l am thinking to go and register with different GP. Thanks

I arrived 5 minutes early and after like 15 minutes waiting the receptionist was able to calm the tension by explaining that surgery was experiencing lateness due to a lot of patients attending and one should be patient that the doctor would attend to one as soon as possible

The person in the reception is quite rude. As their check in doesnt work, you have to report in the reception that you are in. I informed the lady as soon as I was in. When half an hour already passed, I went to her, she said to wait. When it was 40 minuites passed, I went upto her again she kept on repeating the same thing that I will have to wait. I had temperature rising, wasnt feeling well, then went up to a different lady in the reception and she said she cant see me checkin and she will speak to the doctor. She was really helpful, I must admit. Later in 10 mins I was called out (waiting for more than an hour). I said the doctor (gp) the same thing, he said no one checked me in, so thats the reason he wasnt calling me. Whereas I went 5 minutes before the appointment. Very careless, irresponsible person working who doesnt even bother what soever is happening to the patient.

My appointment was booked at 2:30 and they called me at 1 o’clock that appointment being cancelled. I took day off. It was wasted.

I treated very well,with dignity,respect and kindness,the staffs are well supportive. The Place is well cleaned in good arrangement

Dr listened, gave me valuable advice and phone number to my question which was Valuable for future reference, also prompt appointment on time, did not want phone consultation, as I am hard of hearing. I am 86 years old.
