The health care professional I saw was absolutely marvellous. She took time to explain the process of the review. Was very thorough with my health and lifestyle. She was an absolute pleasure to meet and thank her very much for her attention to everything she did for me

I was contacted by my GP for asthama review. The clinical phsician was good. Took time and was in no rush. Listened and addressed all my concerns

Pharmacist was thorough with medication review. Also addressed my concern with leg pain. Advised me to arrange a blood and urine test. Also advised me to arrange a diabetic review

Had a blood test done there and actually went in on time. If you are ten minutes late you will not be seen either by Nurse, Doctors etc you have to re-book and yet they can keep you waiting well after your appointment time depending on the situation it can be up to an hour sometimes (that’s the longest I waited to see a doctor and had an appointment). Not many appointments available sometimes none even though you phone as soon as they open.

Visited as my daughter had marks appearing around her face, got sound advice and meds prescribed. Got an appointment before her school started so she didn’t have to miss school. Recommended practice and doctor.

The receptionist dealt with my query of a prescription not being actioned. She sorted it out very quickly and had the prescription promptly. Thank you for such a good service

After being one of the first appointments at 8:20, you’d think there will be no wait and no delay. Well after waiting for 15 after my appointment should have been I got called in just to see the doctor for a couple of minute. There was no one else at the surgery patient-wise thus i don’t understand why such delays. From all friends i have been told they have never been accepted on time at the practise.

Scheduled 2 appointments. First was over the phone, I got one call that I've missed, with hidden number and couldn't call back and the doctor couldn't be bothered to call again. Rescheduled for face to face and I wasn't able to make it so I called reception to request a phone meeting. Receptionist said she will speak to the doctor and if it's not possible she will reschedule for the first available date, which would've been 3 working days later, according to her. No call from the doctor, no appointment scheduled. I need to start taking my medication after some additional hospital test and couldn't get them even 2 months later. On another previous visit I explained the doctor that a problem I have could be aliviated only by vomiting and because he wasn't paying any attention, he prescribed drugs to prevent the vomiting. He was obviously interested in finishing the consultation as soon as possible. I understand they might be under a lot of pressure sometimes, but their in the people's health and life business, not selling postcards.

Really good service ,great parking area, receptionist very polite and helpful the Gp was extremely helpful and gave me the help I needed. I would recommend coming here.

Got a face to face appointment on time. When seen, I felt listened to, proper examination and prompt intervention and referral done. My doctor is so pleasant and caring. Great admin team.
