Doctor was very polite and easy to speak with felt comfortable with my experience at surgery, the receptionists are very polite at all times, waiting times are abit long but can understand theres alot of demands with GPs at all times

I was requested to come in for a blood pressure check and was also weighed along with questions regarding my general health. I hear so many people complain about their gp's and they are surprised when telling them my surgery is first rate.

Had 2.20 appointment was seen 10 minutes later. Was not rushed was given answers to my questions. Putting my mind at ease.

Very efficient, friendly staff & good appointment times. When I went for my blood test yesterday afternoons I don’t think I was even there for 5 minutes I was seen near enough instantly. All staff was helping, doctor as always was helping and professional.

Excellent service great staff. Always accommodating. I get to see my Doctor on time Ok a slight wait sometimes but to me that means I’m not being rushed either when it’s my turn and I get the appropriate time with my Doctor.

Dr Alkaisy was very nice and helpful. I went there with depression and anxiety. He was very understanding and laid out all the things available I could have to help me.
